Innovation Project Manager
Due to growth, our customer is seeking a Senior Innovation Project Manager for their R& D team. As Senior Innovation Project Manager for one of our key long term roadmaps, you will be directing all interconnected projects in this area simultaneously. By taking a high level view of the entire program, communicate with the stakeholders, and guide project managers/teams to ensure they are all working effectively toward the projects objective.
What you will be doing:
Daily project management throughout the program lifecycle
Define the governance across projects
Plan the projects in the overall program and monitor the progress
Manage the budget for the projects
Manage risks and issues and take corrective measurements
Coordinate the (internal and external) projects and their interdependencies
Manage and utiliz e resources across projects in cooperation with the innovation management
Manage the relations and expectations with all stakeholders
Manage all communications related to contracts and report of the potential contract risks.
Ensure correct realization of the contracts in terms of the (internal) client’s requirements and performances.
Align deliverables in accordance with in the product development process and to the project’s outcome
Manage the main project documents
Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years’ proven experience in Project Management in a technical environment.
Bachelor degree or University Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Strong leadership and management skills
Experience in managing higher degrees of complexity
